ZENGTO Refund Policy

This page explains refund handling for ZENGTO subscription payments made through Stripe on the web, including how monthly and annual plans, renewals, and cancellations are treated.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscription fees are not refunded for the current paid period. You can click Cancel Subscription in the membership page; your benefits stay active until the current monthly period ends, and the next monthly charge will not happen.

Annual subscription 7-day rule

Annual subscriptions can request a no-reason refund by email within 7 days of purchase. The app does not provide a self-service annual refund button; once approved, membership ends immediately and remaining membership credits are revoked down to zero if the balance is lower. The guarantee does not apply to shared, abusive, or rule-violating accounts. Each user is entitled to no more than one (1) refund per lifetime, regardless of the number of accounts, email addresses, payment methods, or subscriptions held.

Renewals, cancellations, and downgrades

Outside eligible annual refunds, paid subscription periods are generally not prorated or refunded. Downgrades usually take effect on the next billing cycle; monthly cancellation only stops the next cycle charge.

How to request a refund

Email support@zengto.com within the eligible window with your ZENGTO login email, Stripe receipt or order ID, and refund reason. We aim to review complete requests within 72 hours.

Refund destination and timing

Stripe payments can only be refunded to the original payment method — not to another card, account, or wallet. Refunds are issued net of any transaction or processing fees that are non-recoverable by ZENGTO, so the amount returned may be slightly less than the original charge. After approval, Stripe initiates the refund; your bank or card issuer may still need several business days (up to 14) to post it.
